Backup is not running for Centos standalone server

Hi,

We have already initiated the backups yesterday and seems like it is not working. As I can see the task scheduled for the backup still running, it is running for days

Also, when opening the backup content showing an error message as shown in the screenshot

We ran the below command in order to initiate the backup,

proxmox-backup-client backup root.pxar:/ --include-dev /boot --repository root@pam@<IP-Address>:test --backup-id 'test1'
===========

Could you please advise how to troubleshoot this issue?

I assume the backup is still running (check task log on the backup server).

Hi,

Yes, the backup is still running but it's running for the last 8 days. Please have a look at the task duration image attached. Also please note that we are just trying to backup very little data. May I know why this is taking so long? Could you please advise how to troubleshoot this issue?

what is the version of the proxmox-backup-client on the machine you want to backup?

The backup client version: 1.0.11 and the PBS version is 1.1.1

please upgrade, there was a bug affecting single/dual core clients to hang forever, see https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/show_bug.cgi?id=3359
