I have a very annoying issue with PBS 2 and PVE 7.
Because PBS and PVE do not have a queuing system to make backups one after the other.
For Example you have 3 Nodes :
on each nodes that we will name respectively pve1, pve2 and pve3 are located a vm that we will call vm1, vm2 and vm3.
If we make a pool to backup the 3 vms on pbs. It will launch a simultaneous 3 backups because each vm is on a different node.
This is a pretty big problem, we shouldn't have to do 1 backup rule for each node.
PS : I saw on your mailing list that you thought you might put a queuing system to avoid this problem.
Do you know if it's still planned and for when?
