Avoid duplicate disclaimers

Anyone have any suggestions for avoiding repeated insertion of a disclaimer when a number of replies go back and forth?
 
No, this would involve a deletion of a part of the email which is technically not possible.

I was thinking more in terms of Proxmox recognizing that it had already added a disclaimer in a previous message or reply and NOT adding another. No deletion of text required -- simply not appending more.

I have seen such features advertised for other mail products.

its not that simple as it looks like and I cannot imagine that this can work for all email formats and encoding types.
