It would be a good starter to tell us what module you're using, there isn't only a single ansible module for Proxmox VE and they are all contributed by the community (externally) - albeit if we self find issues in those people use here we try to fix them naturally.
Maybe it would be better to report this to the modules issue/bug tracker? But it seems that your "request" module is just out of date - depending on how you installed it I'd suggest trying to upgrade that first before everything else.
