ASUS J1800I-A - Proxmox will not install

I got the following ITX motherboard ASUS J1800I-A ( https://www.newegg.com/asus-j1800i-a-mini-itx/p/N82E16813132104?Item=9SIARTEDT35545 ). I am able to install ubuntu desktop and windows fine. IF I use the same usb and try to install Proxmox it will not launch the klauncher for it and will just send me to bios. I thought the iso was corrupt so installed it on another computer just fine with the same usb stick.

Dose anyone have any ideas.

how did you create the USB stick?
I had to copy the ISO in DD mode for the installation to work.

Thank you for your reply I will try that. I had used balenaEtcher from a windows computer.
