[SOLVED] Adjusting who receives daily spam report

Hello,

Our employees who have email are beginning to receive daily spam report emails from our Proxmox Mail Gateway. I would prefer these daily spam reports be sent instead to our network administrator as it will be their daily task to review/action spam for our employees.

Is there a way to configure the Proxmox Mail Gateway to send these daily spam reports to one address instead of having them sent to each email address in our office.

We have a small office of 5 people who use mail. It would be best to not have our employees manage their Spam and leave to our network admin.

In this case, just disable the reports and your Admin reviews the queue via Admin GUI. There is also a special role just for this "Quarantine Manager".

No, you cannot redirect these emails.

Is it possible to assign a particular domain to a particular Quarantine manager so they don't see all the Relay domains passing through the gateway?

In PVE there are pools, we could have pools of domains that we can assign groups or users to.

This is not possible without a complete redesign on a lot of places - this is not on our roadmap.
