3-node Proxmox/Ceph cluster - how to automatically distribute VMs among nodes?

We used to use DRS on our VMware clusters and found that it was too disruptive to Windows servers etc.
vMotion would create a small pause when moving between hosts and this creates issues for all RDS instances and user experience.
over time for many work loads we may do a manual DRS balance after hours to even loads etc, never auto unless there is a host issue that needs to restart the VM's on another host.
Still a nice feature to have when you need to balance out loads after a host update and reboot

I opened feature requests for this (drs) feature as well as a proper maintenance mode month ago.
Maybe the Proxmox team can give us an update on their plans when those are planned to be implemented. thanks
