GRUB is booting but shortly after I have this PANIC:
emergency USB boot also stucking in some loop:
I was cloning some not running VM from webinterface on another running vm, server got frozen on about 53% of cloning, then I'v seen it as on photo 2.
we often have VM / Kernel hung task / panik things with our one VM.
Does anyone has an Idea?

My first post here, I have been using proxmox for around 6 months, I have a home cluster (as a homelab) and production cluster (used for clients).
On my home cluster, I have an Intel NUC7i3BNH with BIOS BNKBL357.86A.0063.2018.0413.1542.
From time to time, the NUC network dies...
every week or so, this one server crash with PANIC: double fault, error_code 0x0. I've made some screenshots(attached) of console in that state. I can only reboot after that. Anyone have any idea? I've tun some onboard IBM diagnostics, Linux Stresstest, memtest, all pass w/o errors...
