I have 3 network interfaces on a home system. One GB NIC on the motherboard and two in a dual port GB NIC.
With Proxmox 3.2, the NIC names were as expexted: eth0, eth1 and eth2.
In testing Proxmox 5 BETA, the interface names are now: enp4s0, enp3s0f0 and enp3s0f1.
Is this expected/normal?
So I posted on here a while ago, here's the link: https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/linux-noob-can-only-ping-localhost-nic-problem.31415/
I left it for a while, not touching my VM PC for about 2 weeks, until now. I booted up the system and ran a ping <IP> -t from my PC, which, left over ~10...
Hello, everyone!
I am having trouble getting my NIC drivers compiled and installed with proxmox.

Each network card (eth0) of the hosts is in a dedicated VLAN used to sync the cluster. I also have a shared storage through NFS on a FreeNAS for the Promox backup on the same card and VLAN. VMs are on other cards and other VLANs.
I have a...
Hello
I'm running proxmox 3.4-6/102d4547 for about a year and so far I'm pretty satisfied.
A few days ago I created a new virtual machine, to be used as an Ubuntu 16.04 x64 LTSP server.
The hardest part about this is the pci passthrough. Since the ltsp server usually uses 2 NIC's, one for the...
