Every thing worked fine.
After the copy I started from my new disk, all VMs are running. As expected, the partitions remain as they are...
Hey, I'm kinda new to Proxmox, so hopefully you can help me out with my problem.
I have a storage with a size of 185GB called "local-lvm (proxmox)". It has reached its limit, so now I want to increase the size.
Using "lsblk" in shell I could see, that I have 279GB available on that device.
I'd like to extend our current ProxMox ( server storage, a new disks aggregate is already ready.
pve-manager/5.0-32/2560e073 (running kernel: 4.10.17-3-pve)
What recommend best practices, shall I create a new LVM volume group and thin-pool ?
