The issue has been described in the initial post. Once I update the kernel, e.g. to 6...11-8, then the respective headers are not installed automatically. You see them in the outputs above because I had to manually install the headers. I have this issue for the last 4-5 kernel updates...

I just reformated the drives and just restored the virt machines from backups. Checked again with badblocks, fsck and smartmontools. No errors.
