But if we change interface from virtio back to IDE then w11 sees recovery partition at the end and we can increase c: disk. BUT, then it works only in IDE mode and not in Virtio ... If we change to Virtio blue screen...

I usually use linux vms for some purpose because spice agent works out-of-the-box. But recently something has changed and Ubuntu (24.04) spice driver got very very slow . Then I tested some older ubuntu versions like 20.04 and right after installation spice mode worked in real-time (very good)...

My general conclusion was:
- backup speed is very satisfactory - 90% saturation of 1G net work and this is considered expected ... no matter backing up 1 VM or...
thanks, sounds promising ... would point-to-point port-forward be enough ? ... if yes which ports should be opened between those two PMGs ... or sit-to-site vpn is necesary ?
