Hi,
have a cluster of nodes with different powerfull hardware. After a while, the cluster loses nodes (going red in the UI). VMs are still running. The logfile produces a lot of

Hi,
I have the same problem here (a cluster of 11 different powerful node). After a while, nodes will be shown as not reachable.
@tapsa: Could you solve the problem?
Hi,
I'm not able to migrate an openvz container online to another machine inside the cluster. I got the following error:
May 08 13:27:41 starting migration of CT 150 to node 'sv01' (141.24.212.28)
May 08 13:27:41 container is running - using online migration

And shutdown before? As mentioned, I made an update shortly before. After this, the gui mades the trouble.
However, now it is running. Thank you again.
Perfect!!!
That's what I'm looking for :-). I tried a restart of some of the services before. But, it looks there are depencies between them. Now, my cluster have a running GUI without a reboot.
You should think about an automatic restarts of this services aftern an update.

Daniel
Hi,
I have here a cluster of 5 nodes (all running the same version 2.0 of proxmox). After one week, one of the cluster nodes was not accessibly by the ui. The vm's were already running. The kernelog says:
kernel: Neighbour table overflow.
kernel: __ratelimit: 62 callbacks suppressed

Hi,
I had built an openvz container with two bridged network cards:
- eth0 is brigded to the external network and
- eth1 is bridged to the internal (192.x.x.x) network.
Both network cards should be configured using dhcp. eth0 gets his IP depending on the configured MAC from the external...
A manual change of the setup using the cli results in:
qm set 200 -cdrom nfs-isos:debian-6.0.3-i386-CD-1.iso
unable to parse directory volume name 'debian-6.0.3-i386-CD-1.iso'
What am I doing wrong?
Hi, I can not attach iso images via gui as cdrom devices (local and nfs stored). The directory /mnt/pve/nfs-isos/ is already mounted and contains iso images. Choosing the storage doesn't result in a list of available images. The same happens on local storage in /var/lib/vz. So, I'm not able to...
Updating all machines solved the problems. Thank you.
One machine has already problems with cman. After a reboot, the node is marked as offline within the cluster. The node is just online after a manuel start of cman. Starting cman results in the folling error:

Hi, I updated my Proxmox 2.0 Cluster today partially (2 of 5 nodes) and I got a lot of problems within the gui.
- An updated node sees only itself as online, not updated nodes doesn't see the upgraded nodes as available but not the updated nodes
- Updated nodes shows ALL vms as...
Hi, I wrote a small script called qmc to manage VMs in a cluster using qm. It's just an overlay to qm, but for me its quite useful. I attached the file.
Ok. Thank you. Is there something like a cluster "qm" planned? At the moment I will do this by my own scripts using ssh. Is there a "database" where I can find the VM-execServer-Mapping?
I thought qm can handle only local VMs, not all within a cluster. An Example: I tried on Server1 to start a VM which is located on Server 2 qm start 130 unable to find configuration file for VM 130 - no such machine What went wrong?
Hi, is there a command line tool to manage VMs in a Proxmox-Cluster? Such as creating VMs, starting, stopping, etc. Similar to "qm". But within a cluster without visiting each machine manually. Thanks Daniel
