Great News, thanks. I was starting to tear apart my complete storage infrastructure...
One Thing I have noted as well is that sometimes after successful backups VMs that used to be off are booted up...

Hi,
I just tried with singe server backups - seems to work a bit better. Nevertheless I often get (this one is a windows machine):

Hi!
Yes, I run backups on all systems at the same time, good point... will try to just start one host today... nevertheless... it was working before like a charm...
I have two physical corosync links... so that should be OK.

Hi All,
After some successful tests with PBS (it actually ran perfectly flawless from day one) I have encoutered massive problems since the last couple of days (two weeks) up to a point where my complete datacenter more or less went down...
In short: If I do backups to PBS I am prone to...
Hi,
No, I didn't set anything like that. It's a debian 9 still (need to upgrade it) but it happened to other debian 10 vm's too
Version is: 2.8+dfsg-6+deb9u10

Hi All,
I found a weird behaviour that makes the VM kind of "hang"... (until you open the console it simply stands still).

Hi All,
Just some observations I have made during the last couple of days...
The Infrastructure consists of seven physical and >200 virtual servers.
Total amount of backup space used (before): ~5tb
Full Backup Time run required: ~12h (why I did only partial fullbackups during the week)
I have...
Hi
Works like a charm here... no problems (you just have to take care you set the export rights correctly on the nfs server - that‘s all...)
Just in case you‘re wondering: Working with a ZFS Image on the same NFS Server seems to be faster (but less flexible).

Hi All,
Just a little question: I am currently running PBS on a VM with a NFS-Mounted backup share.
Now... if I wanted to switch from the VM to a physical server... how can I attach the old NFS Share to the new physical server without having to re-create all backups?
The least of my problems...
