MX is pointed to PMG and then it forwards to mail server. We are just trying to handle a scenario where IP might be blacklisted somewhere and can we still accept emails by whitelisted at our end in PMG.

No, MX is pointed to PMG and PMG forwarding to mail server. This is how it was tested. I can spin up test instance and share screenshot with you.

When we had tested PMG before buying the subscription and I believe version 7.0.1. Mail flow worked by adding domain name and transport information. Did not add anything under relaying. In 7.0.8, we had to add information under relay domain for mail flow to work. Is this expected behavior?

It seems 7.0.8 is severely broken. On the main dashboard, I see list of top receivers. When I go to statistics, it shows higher number with 0 Mb. Please verify this.

We are seeing total emails under statistics as XXX (600) however, mail traffic for incoming or outgoing (not used) is 0. How is that possible?
