Thanks I have checked vgs & lvs the total is more than the 240ssd. What is my best option? Reinstall onto the 480gb ssd by using a back up of the PVE ? Any advice would be appreciated

I started V100 as you can see in screenshoot it started but it does not appear on the left hand side. I attached the screen shot of the V100 which show that it was loaded successfully if this will help.
