After trying to launch a vm with an elgato hd60 pro passedthrough my machine loses all ipconnectivity including web gui and it gives me this console error

The shell works fine on https://172.16.1.17:8006 but whenever i try to access it on proxmox.mydomain.com it gives me this error

I accidentally resized a drive to big on a vm because i meant to make the vm size 575gbs but accidentally added 575 instead so how would I go about shrinking that because my LVM doesnt have that much storage
