I realized I cannot edit /proc/cmdline file directly, how could I change the value, I am trying to figure on how to change the value indirctly without editing the /proc/cmdline

When trouble shooting and checking, I was thinking, my proxmox 6.3-1 is rebooting after the editing of /etc/modules, because may be
modules are already loaded,
I checked by giving the command
and I got the result like
So can we conclude that proxmox was rebooting because this modules are...
was going through thread, to understand GPU pass through .
It looks strange for me, why you lsmod not giving nvdia results back, when you did the re-install was the card fixed properly
I have been trying out proxmox in 4 machines, all of them has nvdia and lsmod shows the results correctly...
Like to update, that when I comment
in "/etc/modules" , my ProXMOX instances is not rebooting
What can we try to conclude from this, and trying to figure out, why entry in "/etc/modules" makes it reboot

I am trying to explore GPU passthrough with ProxMOX
for this purpose ,I edited the
/etc/default/grub
with the lines
My pveversion -v shows
My "lscpu" shows

I tried with IDE option instead of SCSI and it is now showing while installing windows
So is it Windows installation on proxmox does not got well with SCSI or is there problem in my server.
Will explore it by installing in some other instance and checking it
