Is that how your support responds to potential paying customers? I don't think it was useless at all to consider getting rid of JAVA requirements. I am certain many prefer not to use install JAVA just to use any product.
I do agree with you that Proxmox's implementation of TigerVNC is quite good in terms of performance.
