Hi,
this week on two proxmox VE server after an Upgrade to the new kernel 5.4.101-1-pve we have on Windows Server VMs the same fault:
after the reboot and new start of the windows servers VMs the virtual NIC changed (I dont know how and why) to an other with the same name.
The result was: the NIC changed from static IPv4 Configuration to DHCP with a new IP and the VM now was offline.
If I set the IPv4 configuration back to the correct static IP, I get the warning you see in the screenshot, after a reboot it works like before the fault,
The virtio driver version is: virtio-win-0.1.171; Windows Server: 1x 2012, 1x 2019, both standard.
Perhaps a Bug?

regards,
gp
