is your machine booting until login screen?
what you might try in addition: change from UEFI to BIOS to see if the VM boots afterwards

Hi, no its not booting until login screen.. he hanging on the picture..

In BIOS settings he doesn't find a bootdevice.

With Windows boot problems usually changing IDE to SATA or vice versa helps.

What happens when you detach the disk?

Same problem.. i have try all of this options.. but what is the reason that i can ping the device??

Yes, also when i hem set the networkinterface on disable the ping are not responding.

This is very strange.. i have backup's of the machine..

when I start a backup restore on 3 nodes it does not start ..

if I do a backup restore on 1 of the 4 nodes (temporary server) it just starts!

I migrate it back to 1 of those other nodes that is no longer working! settings are the same?

Hmm and on all your nodes the hardware names are exactly the same?
E.g. the network interfaces name is vmbr0 on all of your nodes?
