Not understanding this network

I have in a vps this network use:

but on the global node and the same time I have this one:
http://prntscr.com/dug0py

Why on 1 place is 12M and on the other 200M?

Hi,
with antispy-plugins like umatix, there is nothing to see on your links.

Perhaps you can discribed the problem as text so that somebody can help you (and find such things through the find option - even some years later).

Basically, on the graphs that proxmox is showing me on the vps network graph I have 200 M of use, but on the global node network graph is only displaying 12 M which make no sense if one vps is currently using 200 M
