Occupation of memory VM

Hello,
I have a problem is the memory occupancy from proxmox it shows that all the memory is occupied by cons on the handler of the virtual machine windows server 2008 it gives something else ,is it normal?

Also note that difference between memory statuses, I thought it was on windows servers. It happens to me in 2003, 2008 and 2012 in all cases with the baloon driver installed.
I am using wrong versions of virtio drivers? Try several with the same result

maybe its because you run the outdated 3.x release.

upgrade to current version.

thanks for the quickly answer, I'm using several versions of proxmox 4.3
Any other idea ?
I want solve it but I ask...it's a problem that the host work like that ? In the future can meanig some issue ?

You have to install balloon driver, then install and start balloon service
