Daily Spam Report in Outlook 2003

Hi, we are getting the Daily Spam Report into Outlook 2003 but no selected SPAM eMail will be added to the Black- or Whitlist.

If there any configuration needed.

hi,

the report is just an information what is in the users quarantine - it does not black or white list automatically as this is not needed.

depending on the selected report style and functionality of your email client (do you allow links?), buttons or links are available in the report. by clicking on these links/buttons your browser should open and a pop up should inform about the results. maybe try a different style (outlook 2007), this is a report with simple links (no buttons).
