Perhaps you sould take a look in PVE-Zsync.
One doesn't need to have the node in cluster, I guess.

Just an idea.
Some background.
PVE 9.1.7
Windows 2022 with SQL Server 2022
Have got 3 x hosts, ZFS data stores with replication of VM to another host currently hourly
PBS running daily snapshot backup to a drive on third cluster node
Not currently got support...
Ceph is pretty lenient, it's always easier to have the same disks on all hosts, but really it can accomodate pretty heterogenous hardware.
I'm just thinking that having your storage on the other cluster might run afoul of their requirements, but...
Do you have IO thread enabled for your VM disks? Can you share one or two configurations of affected VMs as well as your /etc/pve/storage.cfg? Which kernel version are you running on the host?

ClamAV updates automatically via the clamav-freshclam.service, which run continuously in the background.

FIX: Pre-allocate fixed iGPU memory using lgfs Gsm2 setting in BIOS

I already did this in great detail, if you remember... still no valid answer to that. I said I did not want to feed the trolls, but as long as you deny valid concerns and think that enough "positive" posts will cover those up, I will still post...
Hi @galffing ,
I hope you don't mind me saying this, but based on the questions you've asked, it seems like W365 would be the best fit for your business needs.
Blockbridge : Ultra low latency all-NVME shared storage for Proxmox -...
I agree that the journal around the time of the issue would be useful. In particular, I would look at pvestatd first.
For example:
journalctl -u pvestatd --since "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM" --until "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM"
pveversion -v
pvesm status
cat...
Thanks for the report - there was an outage on that system - but it should be reachable again.
We'll take a look.
In the meantime - you could point your system to `na.cdn.proxmox.com` (by making an entry in /etc/hosts for download.proxmox.com to...
I have a SK hynix PE4010 (HFS960GD0TEG-6410A, 894G) installed on a PCIe splitter card on an ASRock B450M Pro4-F. The splitter card has no switch chip; it relies on the motherboard's PCIe bifurcation.
After updating from 7.0.2 to 7.0.14-8, PVE...

This line is just a connected route; it tells the container how to talk to the local subnet - because there is no default gateway listed, the container has no idea how to route traffic outside of 192.168.1.0/24.
Can you post a screenshot of your...
Hello @tomservo and @Francois Baillargeon
Thanks for your reply!
Well, indeed adding the host to the CEPH cluster is indeed the easiest, but I'm afraid for legal reasons, they won't believe that the VM is actually running separately on a...
