Ppsalkiewicz replied to the thread Migrating PVE install from flash to NVMe.Hi, Copying manually /etc is not a good option. Long story short there are too many moving parts to make it succesful. Much better way is to move the whole filesystem from flash to nvme using software like Clonezilla.

It's not pbs/proxmox specific - Linux usually doesn't like bios->uefi upgrades. Can you boot the vm into shell and try importing the zfs pool manually ? zpool import -f rpool
