where do I find zfs-zed on proxmox 4.4?

seems you did not configure a valid repository.

either upload a subscription key to your host or add the pve-no-subscription repo.

Seem you have not configured the proxmox repositories:

https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Package_Repositories

after that run:

# apt-get update
# apt-get install zfs-zed
