ZFS and RAID

Hi,
I have IBM 3550 M3 server with M5015 RAID Controller and 8 SSD Disks
this raid not support JBOD
now, it's possible and stable to create 8 spans of raid0 and ZFS over it or should I give up the ZFS and use RAID10 on Hardware level?

It is possible, but I do not recommend this workaround because it does not help. It does not matter if it is HW-raid5 with 5 disks or HW-raid0 with just one disk, there still will be raid-layer between ZFS and disks...

You can do it but the RAID controllers not in JBOD mode can crash ZFS. Google can answer it
