You've lost me as a customer. Here is why.

I've been interested to buy 32 licenses for my studio.
After having 0 response to https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/audiodev-driver-pa-support.62317/ and https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/cpu-usage-metrics-in-external-metrics-server-not-reported.63051/
I'm going to go to your competitors: trying Unraid next and seeing if they could provide better support.

Overall, you seem to have good product: installation, performance, of it was good and things worked good, but user support is non-existant.

Good bye and good luck.

user support is non-existant

This is the community forum, we do our best to moderate and maintain all postings - several hundreds posts per day for several hundred of thousands of installations worldwide.

It pretty clear that our staff cannot answer all posts, especially if you do not ask simple questions. If you want to report bugs or if you have feature request, you should report this via https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/

We offer support with SLA, so you can work directly with our dev team on your issue. So your approach to fix all by yourself the hard way (and with the help of the community) and AFTERWARDS buying support/help is not the best approach (as you purchase something what you do not need anymore in full).

Thanks for your feedback, but the thread title is a bit misleading. It seems we lost you as a user, but you were never a paying customer (we lost you as a potential customer...).
