My windows xp guest shows a qemu cd-rom when I click on "my computer". How can I access that drive? Can I mount an iso on it?

Can I access my xp guest from the proxmox server? Or can I only access the guest with the web interface to the proxmox server?

yes, you can mount iso images, just see the "hardware" tab on the Proxmox VE gui.

you can access a KVM guest via VNC console, a browser plugin. if you want to access this on the host, you need to install a browser - but not recommended for servers, see http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Developer_Workstations_with_Proxmox_VE_and_X11
