[SOLVED] Windows with GPU passthrough doesn't work in VM

Hi, I used this Reddit post (https://www.reddit.com/r/homelab/comments/b5xpua/the_ultimate_beginners_guide_to_gpu_passthrough/) to create a Windows 11 VM with GPU passthrough. It worked initially but after a Proxmox reboot, it started giving problems. When I start it, it loads, it hangs and then the blue screen comes out on the console.
I tried to recreate a Windows 11 VM (also using other sources) but it still doesn't work.

Finally someone else is seeing same issue as mine. If you remove GPU pass through, I am sure it works.
