Windows Server2016 HyperV migrated VM Network not possible with virtio drivers

I have migrated a Windows Derver 2016 vm from hyperv to proxmox 8.0.4, I can also start the VM, the virtio drivers have been installed. The network card is displayed to me, but as long as it is set to virtio there is an exclamation mark on the card with the message no internet access. I set it to Intel E1000 and it works. However, there are no longer any unknown devices in the device manager.

Hi,

Have you checked in the hidden devices on device manager?
Remove any other virtio network card reference and try to reinstall again, try to use the last version virtio-win-0.1.240.iso

there is a known bug, i though was fixed in pve8 maybe not all cases.
try set Machine type to q35 version 6.0.
