Windows RDP connection stability issue

Hi everyone:

I am new to Proxmox and started to create Windows 11 VMs on my new Proxmox 8.2 installation. Most of the things are running fine except that the RDP connection to the virtualized Windows 11 instance is reset sporadically. Sometimes this happens 2-3 times per hour, sometimes it's only once per day. I have installed the VirtIO guest extensions in the guest and a VirtIO bridged network interface. I am observing this behavior for all of the Windows guests I installed so far.

Are there any particular settings the could improve the stability of an RDP connection?

Could you give a quick explanation as to what this script does?

I am not the creator, I can only tell it works. Espacially on 2022 Servers and Win11 VMs. But also on Windows 10 the Network Speed in the VMs has changed.
