issue:
audio/video become stuttering ramdomly, it'll be back to normal in a few seconds, but the audio/video are out of sync (The videois behind the audio).
i noticed that when I move the mouse or use the keyboard, it's easy to reproduce.

I tried the following actions, but not work
reduce RAM and CPU
use MSI_util_v3 to enable MSI
add mitigations=off to GRUP
enable numa and CPU affinity
install NVIDIA_DisplayPort_Firmware_Updater_1.1-x64

i alse find some similar post, but haven't find a solution
