Windows 11 VM has not Internet Access

Hi

I created a Windows LTSC VM and networking is working because I can ping devices on my network but I do not have Internet. The DNS settings are the same as Proxmox and Proxmox has internet access. Does anyone have any idea about the cause of this problem?

Hi

I changed the network driver from the VirtIO to Realtek and my networking worked right away. So I am wondering why the recommended setting of VirtIO does not work but the Realtek does.

I tried the Intel 1000E and it works and I can get higher speeds but still about half of my 1.5Gg network connection.

I solved this problem by uninstalling the network card and then re-installing and choosing the drivers from the NetKVM folder. It would seem that the Windows installer chose the wrong drivers for both the network and the graphics because I had to reinstall both to get everything working.
