Same issue as OP is having when using Display='Default', no PCIe video passthrough. Proxmox 8.1 and 6.2.16-19-pve kernel, Windows 11 VM running on Intel i5-8500 & HP EliteDesk 800 G4.
If I assign Intel UHD 630 aka i915 via PCIe passthrough to the Win11 VM, the Sleep option then does appear in Windows11 Start Menu.
But then a different issue happens after putting VM into "Sleep" mode (either via Windows or via Proxmox UI): on Resume it hangs and goes into infinite 100% CPU usage, the only way to kill it is via "Stop" option.
Any ideas anyone?
