Hello,

I white-listed IP and domain sending mails to PMG but the mails are still rejected for SPF reason. I don't want to disable SPF to whole server. Why PMG server still rejects these mails (coming from a white-listed IP and from a white-listed domain) ?

In documentation I found :

4.5.8 Whitelist

All SMTP checks are disabled for those entries (e. g. Greylisting, SPF, RBL, . . . )

Check the full email header and the explanation in the message tracking center (openspf link).

There are two WhiteList. In Mail Filter-Who Objects and in Configuration-Mail Proxy.

You have to use Whitelist in Mail proxy to avoid spf filter.

Thank you for your response. I'll try this white-list.
