I've searched around and can't find a specific answer to this... I'm running a threadripper 2950x on an AsRock Rack X399D8A-2T motherboard.

When I run the sensors app, the following is the output:

k10temp-pci-00cb
Adapter: PCI adapter
Tdie: +33.5°C (high = +70.0°C)
Tctl: +60.5°C

My question is which number is the cpu temp that I should pay attention to? It looks like there are 3, one at the top, one in the middle with CPUTIN and one at the bottom....

Thanks in advance for your help.

i think you can launch a torture test for cpu with prime95 for exemple ( https://www.mersenne.org/download/ )

and in, the meantime you launch in another console this :

Code:
watch sensors

and you will see which temperature is growing very high.

Becarefull, prime95 uut the server in is limit.

dark26

PS: i use this when i overclock my system to see if the temperature is too hot
