Whether there is Proxmox VE 2.1 web api Control vm or vz Restart Shutdown ?

I hope that through the api interface control Proxmox vm or vz online Restart and Shutdown for other website.
 
I think he/she needs an api to control containers and vms from outside the pve2.0 webinterface.
