Where is Proxmox code compiled?

I have an odd question that our acquisitions personnel are asking.


In what country is the Proxmox source code compiled (or tuned into modules, etc)?

I know the Proxmox organization is out of Austria and support is from whichever country you buy it in.

Most of the binary data is identical to Debian, so you may ask there too. I would say also Austria, yet I cannot say for sure only the staff can answer that.

Wow, thank you for the quick response. I figured Austria, but they wanted to be sure. We have to be compliant with the TAA (US Laws)
