What eat RAM memory & how to live with it?

Hello Colleagues.

Next, I've just performed the command:

dd if=debian.raw of=/dev/TEST/vm-101-disk-0

RAM usage is growing up and don't wanna clear, only reboot of PROXMOX VE help to clear it.

So, please, share your experience, how to clear RAM by automatic?
What to do and how to live with it?
Reboot server is very bad idea.
