What does PVE 4's "full IPv6 support" mean?

In the release notes for PVE 4, it says "full IPv6 support" - but what does that actually mean?

I have a PVE 3 host which has IPV6 configured in /etc/networking/interfaces, and all guests on it use IPV6 as well. Will anything change when I upgrade that host to PVE 4, or is it simply that I will see the IPV6 config in the networking GUI?

Proxmox VE 4.1 admin interface can be accessed via IPv6 (and IPv4).

IPv6 config (host and LXC) can be done via GUI, and also the Firewall is fully IPv6 capable, including logging.
