im using proxmox
like xen , can i provide a web console control panel to my customers ( reboot vm , shutdown vm , reload os...) for each vps hosted in proxmox?

in this time it's not possible, but it's on the roadmap.

But you can use a vnc-viewer for each kvm-machine:
