I did not noticed this before upgrading to 6.2 but it appears if you backup a VM that is in "suspend" state it will be accessible again instantly as soon as the backup process begins and does not return to the suspended state. As there is no option to avoid backing up suspended VMs if you have an automated backup (other than manually selecting) what is the easy fix to this?

Hi,
could you post the output of pveversion -v and a configuration file for a suspended VM (in /etc/pve/qemu-server/)? For me, trying to back up a suspended VM results in:
Code:
ERROR: Backup of VM 149 failed - VM is locked (suspended)
and the VM is not affected by the backup process and is still suspended.

no quick fix unfortunately
