VMS does not turn off

Hello friends, I'm new to proxmox I was a vmware esx user for years

but I decided to use proxmox on my new dedicated servers
I am very satisfied because I have a problem

I often can not turn off VM
always the same error, at least only changes the VM id

"TASK ERROR: can not lock file '/var/lock/qemu-server/lock-109.conf' - got timeout"

so to turn off the virtual machine I only have two options

restart the proxmox completely or delete the lock file located in

rm / var / lock / qemu-server / lock-ID

and then

qm stop 100

the problem I wanted to get rid of this problem is to shut down the web interface to maintain practicality

could anyone help me get rid of this problem?

Hi,
sounds that other things, which are still running, block the changes of the config-file. This can be an backup or snapshot-creation...
