Hi

This is my first experience with proxmox.. I intend to install truenas and win 11 as vm inside proxmox..

I installed truenas and then searched for ssd drive.. But it wasn't available. So I tried option

Add - > pci device and selected samsung Evo 980 ssd...

I got some error so by mistake deleted the added pci.. Now I get error while load truenas or even when start proxmox. Screenshot attached.

Kindly provide solution how to rectify

That is strange. From what I can see the disk should be found.
Can I have the output of:
zpool status
qm start 100

For the future consider adding Storage to a VM with <VM> > 'Hardware' > 'Hard Disk' rather then passing a PCIe device.
