[SOLVED] VM as firewall, through put limits?

Thank you _gabriel! It did not dawn on me to look under other firewalls in the Doc's.

Hello, i have 10gbe Windows 11 PC and 10gbe Windows 11 proxmox VM,
-when copying file between them a have 5gbe decent speed (probably i need to copy multiple files simultaneously to saturate 10gbe)
-when doing Open Speed Test (docker image hosted on linux vm in the same 10gbe proxmox server) i have 10gbe on the PC but very slow speed on the proxmox windows VM
Basicly everything using HTTP is slow (Plex lags ans says the speed is insufficient to play some files) between this proxmox VM and the LAN, but folder share and file copy is full speed.
And i do not have this speed lag with linux VMs in the same proxmox server, they are all 10gbe full speed.
Perhaps i have similar problem that you described here ? Could you help with this ?

Aditionally iperf3 test are ok à have 5/10 gbe up/down speeds between windows vm and windows PC,
but always slow openspeedtest on the windows vm (the same openspeedtest done with linux vms on the servers are OK, a have full 10gbe speeds, only windows VM is slow)
