Hi, I upgraded my server from Proxmox 6.4 to 7 a few weeks ago. At the time I did some basic testing and didn't notice any issues, but wasn't able to test in depth as I've had some things come up. It was only this weekend I was able to get to it again. As I was working on the server, I noticed that the internet on all VMs and containers was being extremely strange. Downloads were going at 1 Byte/sec, popular websites like github were timing out when I tried to access them, etc. Speedtest.net would load up fine and showed >200Mbps downloads, but other websites like testmy.net and the google speed test would time out because it took so long. Linux VMs would time out just running apt update because the headers took so long to download. The main Proxmox server itself, though, has no issues. Downloading the same files with wget on the main server would be extremely quickly compared to under 1Kbps download speeds on the VMs. This was also persistent across all VMs and containers, including brand new ones I spun up to test with. Per a few other threads I found on the forum I tried running an older kernel version, editing my GRUB file, running an edge kernel, and a few other things all without success. I'd be grateful for any suggestions you have to get my internet on VMs working again. Thanks!
Edit: This is the main thread I used for ideas. The kernel I used and GRUB edits I tried are all listed here. https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/slow-internet-speed-on-pve-but-not-on-local-network.99514/
