vlan in a cluster

I'm setting up vlan 100 for example to two test VMs from web gui nic interface. The bridge used for VM private network has vlan-aware enabled. So when two VM on same node it works but when on different node both cannot ping each other. Did i miss anything here?

Do you have that VLAN configured on your switch on the ports on which the nodes are connected?

No i have not. So we need to configure port trunking as well?

That or configure the needed VLANs tagged on the switch interfaces.
