Hi there)
Guys, what you think about this https://github.com/abbbi/virtnbdbackup ?
Backup utility for libvirt, using the latest changed block tracking features. Create online, thin provisioned full and incremental or differencial backups of your kvm/qemu virtual machines.

Can this be added to PVE?

P.s. And yes I know about PBS.

PBS already use the so called "dirty bitmap" qemu feature to read only changed blocks since vm boot.

Pbs is a separate product. Which needs to be deployed separately.
What I suggested above, you can try to add to PVE )

author of the utility here. As Proxmox (afaik) does not use libvirt, it wont work. It is targeted for hypervisors based on
libvirt. (opennebula, rhev).
